Returns & Exchanges

  • How do I return the products I purchased?

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you can send them to us within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products from the My Account > Return / Exchange section or by contacting our customer service for a refund.

  • If your return is in compliance with the following conditions, you can send it to us at a discount  with our contracted courier company (Yurtiçi Cargo). Return shipping costs; If you use the return code sent to you by forwarding your return request to us, it belongs to our company. You can send your return to us with the courier company of your choice, provided that you cover the shipping costs.

  • For your returns, you must send the product in its original packaging, with its original invoice. For your return to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging, unwashed and unused. Returns of products that are deformed and found to be used on the product are not accepted.

  • Within 14 days of receiving your products, the refund will be processed by the way you paid. Although the reflection of the credit and debit card refund process depends on the bank procedures, it normally takes 2-5 business days.

  • No exchange or refund can be made without an invoice. In the invoices issued on behalf of the company, the return transaction can be made with the return invoice of the purchasing company.

  • Can I Exchange with a Different Model / Size?

  • The exchange process can only be made with the same size and model if there is an error / defect on the product. It is not possible to exchange with a different model or size.

  • What are the Return Conditions?

  • The products must be returned with their original box and packaging.

  • The return of products whose original box/packaging is damaged, used, damaged, incomplete, damaged as a result of use, and which cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.

  • Before returning, you must forward your return request to RealHomes, either verbally or in writing.

  • The invoice of the product you want to return must be sent to us.

  • You can send the products you want to return to us with a contracted cargo company (Yurtiçi Kargo) at a discount. If you send the products through another cargo company, the shipping fee will be yours. Our company does not accept cargoes sent as "Buyer Pay". Any shipment sent this way will not be accepted and we recommend that you follow our returns guidelines to avoid high shipping costs.

  • Can I Return Damaged or Defective Products?

  • When receiving your products, be sure to check that they are complete and intact. The cargo responsible will receive a signature that you have received your products completely and intact. If your products are missing or damaged, you should not take delivery of these products and make a report to the cargo authority. These products will be exchanged within 14 (fourteen) days, and you will not be charged an additional shipping or product cost for the exchange.

  • You can contact us verbally or in writing for a defective or damaged product that was not noticed at the time of delivery. Photographs showing the damage or defect of the product may be requested from you. If, as a result of the examinations, it is determined that the defect is not caused by the consumer, the product or part will be exchanged. The original invoice and the return fields on the invoice must be filled in completely and sent to us, together with the product to be exchanged.

  • What should I do if a missing or wrong product was sent?

  • If there is a missing product or part in your order, before you take delivery of the other products or parts and sign for the missing product or parts, you should state this situation to the cargo officer and ask him to take a note. If the product is not the one you ordered, you should not receive this product and you should indicate this in writing on the delivery note.
